Last night, we experienced a magical evening live from the Bell Centre. The team won, and on top of that, there were several great stories.

Josh Anderson scored two goals, which he truly deserves. Christian Dvorak also collected four points, and most notably, Brendan Gallagher recorded three points, including a very special goal for him.

In fact, after his goal, Gallagher made a subtle yet beautiful gesture that many fans noticed.

It’s a small gesture, but it speaks volumes and is filled with emotion.

You can see how much it means to Gallagher to still be able to score such big goals in such important games.

By listening to the different interviews after the game, we understand that those small taps on his jersey, near his heart, were directed at all his teammates, his family, and his beautiful little daughter, Everly.

It was undoubtedly a special moment for Gallagher, for his teammates, and it’s just wonderful to see right now.

After this incredible performance from the trio of Josh Anderson, Christian Dvorak, and Brendan Gallagher, and after this big victory (combined with a regulation loss by the New York Rangers), the Habs now hold a playoff spot.
