We have just witnessed a concerning scene live from Laval involving forward Rafael Harvey-Pinard.

We really hope to be wrong about this one, but as the excellent Anthony Marcotte mentions, it looks like a long-term absence for RHP.

“I feel like we just lost him for a good while..”

Anthony Marcotte, BPM SportsIt has to be a false alarm; otherwise, it’s really too sad and unfortunate for Harvey-Pinard, who is such a good person and a great teammate.

Another serious injury for Rafael Harvey-Pinard?

This is a major story to follow, but things are not looking good for RHP, and it breaks my heart for him.

The footage is right here:

It’s truly an unlucky incident.

The Laval Rocket quickly confirmed that his game is over, which is never a good sign.

Rafael Harvey-Pinard, 26 years old, is a hardworking 5-foot-9, 181-pound forward who has accumulated 19 points in 39 games this season with the Laval Rocket, including five goals.

In his NHL career (with the Montreal Canadiens), he has recorded 31 points in 84 games, including 17 goals, and he has earned every single one of those achievements.

I know I’m repeating myself, but I really hope this is just a false alarm for Harvey-Pinard and that he can return to action soon.

It’s incredible to see how much bad luck he has had in recent months.

Harvey-Pinard is still under contract, earning $1.1 million per year (a deal that expires in 2025).

Join us in sending him a huge wave of positive energy!

More details to follow.
