Just days after receiving the best news of his life, becoming a father, Gallagher has now been hit with the worst news of his life.
“The best mom we could have ever had!
Grateful for all the incredible memories we shared.
I will cherish them and always remember them.
Not a day will pass where I won’t want to pick up the phone to call you or give you a big hug to tell you I love you.
But we will all carry on with everything you taught us, making you proud every single day.
Rest in peace, Mom. I love you.
I miss you.
