After the game, the Canadiens organization released their now-classic video showing what happened in the locker room post-game, and it’s a beautiful thing to see.

We see hand the game goggles to his captain Nick Suzuki, no surprise there, and then Suzuki steps up and says:

Let’s not forget that Martin St. Louis’ squad won by a score of 3-2 in overtime, thanks to a game-tying goal from Suzuki with just nine seconds left in regulation.
Then, Captain Suzuki scored again in overtime to seal the win for his team.
