Bettina Carlos rushed to hospital because of “so much stress”

“I didn’t know so much stress could actually lead to this kind of headache…”

Naospital ang aktres na si Bettina Carlos dahil umano sa sobrang stress.

Sa kanyang Instagram feed nitong nakaraang May 12, 2025, araw ng eleksiyon sa bansa, ibinahagi ni Bettina ang nakakatakot na karanasan.

Akala nga raw niya, itong taong 2025 ang huli niyang Mother’s Day celebration.

BETTINA CARLOS EXPERIENCES SEVERE HEADACHE

Sa post ni Bettina, ibinahagi niya ang ilang larawang kuha sa isang emergency room.

Makikitang may nakakabit na suwero sa kanyang kamay.

Panimula ni Bettina, “I thought this was going to be my last Mother’s Day.”

Hindi raw niya akalaing magdudulot ng matinding sakit ng ulo ang sobrang stress.

Isinugod tuloy siya sa emergency room ng isang ospital, pero hindi na niya binanggit ang eksaktong petsa.

Ang diagnosis ng doktor ay “tension headache,” na ngayon lang daw niya naranasan sa tanang buhay niya.

Lahad ni Bettina (published as is): “I didn’t know so much stress could actually lead to this kind of headache called a tension headache.

“My head never hurt like this my whole life! After 2 ER visits in 12hrs and a very scary MRI for this claustrophobic, I still feel like mamatay ako everytime I sit up.

“Scans were negative of anything more serious that muscle spasms. Relaxants and heating pads have been helpful tho…”

Dagdag niya: “More painful tho was thinking of my 2yo sleeping on the chest of my 14yo who is a heavy sleeper, worried she might wake up looking for me to hush her back to sleep while I’m in the hospital and her ate may be unable to quiet her, or unable to wake-up in time!

“But through all this physical pain, we are so thankful for friends who gladly took our girls in even if it meant pushing their Mother’s Day plans.

“Thankful for the love of our spiritual family sending food treats entertainment prayers and all.”

BETTINA CARLOS ON “response to stress”

Dahil sa karanasang ito, napagmuni-muni at naipagdasal daw niya kung paano malalabanan ang pagiging balisa o tensiyonada.

Aniya: “Now as I lay flat in bed with a heating pad on my back neck and head, I’m prayerfully rethinking my response to stress.

“How can it not get to me so much that it brings me to this point? How should I change the way I view something as ‘stress’ that I may respond to it better?

“How do I relaaaaax??? Such a painful way to learn but God knows how I’d best learn.”

Natutuwa naman siyang masaksihan kung paano nagpaka-ate ang kanyang panganay sa bunsong kapatid.

Pagtatapos ni Bettina: “It was also such a blessing seeing our panganay rise up and really take care of her sissy.

“Napaka-timely din that all this happened while Amina’s yaya was on a day off for Mother’s Day and elections… it was just us and God in and through our community.

“Thank you Lord You are [still] so good, always good.”

Hindi naman niya nabanggit sa post ang sanhi ng kanyang stress.
