Shohei Ohtani is undeniably a unique MLB star who has created history in the sport. Ohtani is a two-way star who can hit and pitch at the same time. What makes him unique is that he’s great at both. The entire baseball world is aware of his potential, and many can do what Ohtani does.

Likewise, the NFL has Travis Hunter, who believes his job is harder than Ohtani. Hunter says being a two-way player in football is way harder than baseball. When asked what was more difficult, Hunter said what he does is hard.

“Probably me, what I do in football [is harder] because it is a lot on your body,” Hunter said. “Ohtani, he’s a great player, but you gotta do a lot in football.”

MLB fans were unhappy about Hunter’s comments on the great Shohei Ohtani. Fans quickly took to social media to hit back at the NFL star. Here’s a look at some reactions from X.

“That’s the dumbest take I’ve heard in a very long time,” one fan wrote.

“Let’s put him up against Ohtani to bat. Then let’s have him pinch run and try to steal since he won’t be able to get on base any other way,” another fan responded.

“This guys a clown,” another fan chimed in.

“Hit a baseball at 100 mph then get back with me,” one fan wrote.
