Former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick has been retired from the track for years, but she has kept her body in shape with regular gym visits.
The 43-year-old former IndyCar Series driver and current Sky Sports race analyst always looks amazing in her different outfits, and now we know why.
Patrick took to Instagram to show off an incredible workout with heavy weights, which keeps her body in such good shape that it makes all those outfits really shine.
Patrick took to her Instagram story this week and showed why she has one of the best bodies in the game.
In fact, Danica Patrick was looking quite jacked as she lifted weights with a spotter behind her.
Back in 2018, Patrick shared her workout and nutrition tips.
Patrick advocated 20 or 30-minute high-intensity workouts. Her plan is further explained in her book, “Pretty Intense.”
When it comes to the most effective workout move, Patrick ranked the burpee as the best.
“The burpee is probably the most effective, full-body movement, and there’s so many ways you can slightly modify it to make it more hard,” Patrick said.

Danica Patrick has never shied away from speaking her mind, including reflecting on her past relationships.
She had a two-year relationship that ended in July 2020.
Things ended unexpectedly that year when fans noticed that Patrick was no longer following Rodgers on Instagram any longer.
Just as it ended, rumors surfaced that the Green Bay Packers QB was dating actress Shailene Woodley. Less than a year after his relationship with Patrick, he would then drop a bombshell about him getting engaged during the NFL Honors.
That was very quick, but neither side has ever come out and stated if their relationship ended due to cheating.
Rodgers moved on, and Danica Patrick moved on.
