Hailey Bieber Makes Boldly Step To Seeking Legal Help From Cardi B Over Online Hate Portraying
Insiders told TMZ that Hailey Bieber is reportedly seeking help from Cardi B’s attorney, Lisa Moore, for a defamation suit for being portrayed as a stalker by social media personalities online.
Moore represented Cardi B in her defamation suit against blogger Tasha K in 2022 and helped the rapper win a $4 million judgment.
Hailey’s suit will be against the bloggers and online commenters spreading the misinformation. This comes after TikToker Courtney Presto recently claimed that Hailey liked a post the Presto had shared, which allegedly mocked Selena Gomez and her fiance, Benny Blanco.
At the time, a representative for the model refuted the claims while speaking to US Weekly and said,
“This entire story has been fabricated by a content creator looking to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative.”
Another seven-part series on YouTube alleges that the model stalked Justin Bieber and social climbed her way into marrying him. The video claimed that Hailey would constantly show up at places Justin was.
Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were in an on-again, off-again relationship from 2009 to 2018. The couple was reportedly fan favorites before Justin finally split from Gomez to date Hailey Bieber and eventually married her.

This isn’t the first time Hailey Bieber has spoken up about the hate she receives online. Selena’s fandom had posted videos and posts comparing Hailey’s relationship with Justin to Selena’s relationship with the singer.
Videos from Bieber’s Instagram Live sessions in 2019 and 2020 have gone viral, with netizens scrutinizing minute details and suggesting no connection between the couple. Other videos also argue that Hailey Bieber has been imitating Selena’s social media quotes and style.
Earlier, the couple took to their Watch the Biebers Facebook show, where they answered questions from fans, and Hailey noted, “I had a hard time with the things people say. They always made a lot of comparisons and made me feel less than who I am. It’s hard when the other people have such ardent fans and that they can’t understand the ratio of how the relationship actually works and keep commenting on you.”
